Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from K Bar D & Co. If something does not work out, we are happy to help with a return under the following guidelines. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In original condition with tags attached
Please note that the following items are final sale:
- Sale and clearance items
- Jewelry
- Hats
- Intimates
- Seasonal items
- Gift cards
Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box.
If you receive an item that is damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@kbardandco.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
